Winemaker Enrico Rivetto wanted to make a white, but wasn’t keen to add an international variety to his portfolio. So, he selected Nascetta. His first vines were planted in 2007 with the inaugural bottling in 2009. Enrico Rivetto, the fourth generation of the family, joined the property full-time in 1999 and started converting to organic viticulture in 2009.
